Instructor

Walter B. Pierson is the President of Pierson Requirements Group, Inc. He is the author of Pierson's BPR methodology. He is the author and seminar leader for the Business Process Re-engineering Seminar- A Structured Methodology for the Project Team. He is also the co-author of Pierson's development methodology for Three-Tier Architecture Projects using Object-Oriented methods and the JAD process. He has significant management expertise in Business Process Re-engineering, Total Quality Management, Strategic Planning and Business Area Requirements Analysis. He has 16 years of management experience in financial planning, analysis and pricing. He has utilized his financial planning expertise in the development and implementation of Financial Services Projects for Total Quality Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Business Requirements Analysis. As Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for a 100+ office division, he directed the design of the accounting and financial systems for several corporate mergers. He has supported strategic planning and pricing for government and international accounts. Mr. Pierson is a trained facilitator and has a MBA from Cornell University.
