This two day workshop provides training in process modeling skills through the use of exercises and lectures. After completing this course, you will be able to create and interpret process models for Object-Oriented requirements gathering, Information Engineering, Business Process Re-engineering, Total Quality Management and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.
