Process Modeling Skills Workshop - 2 Days

Description

This two day workshop provides training in process modeling skills through the use of exercises and lectures. After completing this course, you will be able to create and interpret process models for Object-Oriented requirements gathering, Information Engineering, Business Process Re-engineering, Total Quality Management and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives. The workshop:
Provides an understanding of the process modeling techniques used for gathering business requirements.
Gives each seminar participant the techniques and skills needed to build and interpret the process definition diagrams; Context, Process Decomposition, Activity Diagrams using UML notations, Process Dependency, Matrices and Action Diagrams.
Provides practical exercises for creating and interpreting the process modeling diagrams.
Outlines the project team structure, project management tactics and communication techniques used for the Discovery Phase.
